Equality and prevention of discrimination and Disability

Equality Officer

The school implements measures and actions to prevent discrimination and acts of sexual and gender-based violence and harassment (SGBV). To this end, the Director has appointed an Equality Officer who is also in charge of reporting procedures.

The Equality Officer is the key contact for all staff and students on the administrative side, in conjunction with the designated advisors appointed within each department: dance, music and drama.

The Ministry of Culture’s external reporting unit

Since 2017, the Ministry of Culture has deployed various tools and procedures as part of its bid for the two AFNOR Diversity and Gender equality in the workplace labels, which it has been committed to perfecting regularly since earning them.
In January 2017, in order to combat any discrimination its staff may face, the Ministry of Culture set up an external reporting and alert unit: Allodiscrim.
Since 2018, the unit’s scope of action has been explicitly extended to include sexist and sexual violence and harassment, with a service identified as Allosexism, and in terms of audiences, since it is accessible to all 37,000 students in Culture higher education.

Contacting Allodiscrim-Allosexism: all students in Culture higher education institutions (regardless of the status of the school) can contact Allodiscrim-Allosexism: those who are still at school or those who have left the institution less than six months ago.

The PSPBB is committed to making higher education accessible to all.
