She has a background in Culture and Sports and holds a Master's degree in Human and Social Sciences, specialising in History, and a Master's degree in Sports Organisation Management, as well as a National Diploma for Sports Educators (specialising in Taekwondo).
She is the daughter of a musician and is herself a violinist and bassist. She has been working in the cultural sector, and more specifically in arts education, since 2014, within the urban area communities of Sénart and then Grand Paris Sud.
As the administrative director of the network of the Grand Paris Sud conservatoires from 2021 to 2024, she was able to support the construction of a network of 11 conservatoires spread over 2 departments. By managing the administrative and financial operations of this new network of conservatoires, she redefined and harmonised working methods using a cross-disciplinary approach and played an active part in drawing up and implementing the institution's project.
