During their years of study, musicians, dancers, actors and actresses benefit from classes, lectures, meetings, workshops and hands-on experience, giving them a close-up look at the realities of the professional world and providing them with the essential tools they need to successfully start their career.

The PSPBB also provides support for students after graduation, with a range of services available both during and after their studies (support fund, integration fund, residences, professional internships, etc.).

These schemes can provide concrete resources to build a project, create a structure or develop a company.

The PSPBB integration fund

Created in January 2011 by ESAD, now the PSPBB’s Department of Drama, this Integration fund aims to help PSPBB graduates (in music, dance and drama) find employment after their studies, and to offer them artistic support in their early career. It can provide salary support to cultural structures (companies, theatres, ensembles, etc.) wishing to hire one of our students over the three years following their graduation. It can also take the form of support for structures/companies to develop a project led by students, after they have graduated from the PSPBB.

Currently the integration fund system can only be used for the Drama Department but will be extended in the coming months to the music and dance departments.
